SIFI BEAUVOIS watches are high-precision products. Before delivery, each watch undergoes a series of stringent quality checks. However, should a manufacturing fault occur, your watch is covered by an international warranty for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid worldwide if the following cumulative conditions are met:
TERMS OF WARRANTY
- The watch was purchased from an authorized SIFI BEAUVOIS retailer, as listed on our official website, sifibeauvois.com, or directly from our online store.
- The watch has been worn under normal conditions, maintained according to our care recommendations, and has not been subjected to improper use or handling.
- The warranty card, the only valid proof of purchase, must accompany the watch when returned for service.
EXCLUSIONS
Please note that this warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, natural ageing of your watch, and any scratches that may appear on the case, bracelet, or sapphire crystals during use.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, incorrect use, lack of due care, negligence, or accidents (e.g., violent shocks, vibrations, crushing, exposure to powerful magnetic fields, excessive temperatures, etc.).
- Damage resulting from work carried out by unauthorized service centers, or any alteration of the watch’s original condition outside the control of SIFI BEAUVOIS. All servicing must be performed exclusively by SIFI BEAUVOIS or an authorized service center. The list of authorized service centers is available on our website, sifibeauvois.com.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Any part found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault existing at the time of purchase will be repaired or replaced at no cost. The decision to repair, replace, or take any other appropriate measure under this warranty rests solely with SIFI BEAUVOIS.
EXTENDED WARRANTY
By registering your timepiece on our official website, sifibeauvois.com, you will receive an additional three years of warranty, bringing the total warranty period to five years.
