Terms of Warranty

The following Terms of the SIFI BEAUVOIS International Warranty apply to all watches sold or presented for warranty service in any country, with the exception of the United States of America and Canada. For these two countries, please refer to the SIFI BEAUVOIS Limited Warranty.

SIFI BEAUVOIS timepieces are high-precision products. Before delivery, each watch undergoes a series of stringent quality checks. However, should a manufacturing fault occur, your watch is covered by an international warranty for two years from the date of delivery. This warranty is valid worldwide provided that the following cumulative conditions are met:

– The watch was purchased from an authorized SIFI BEAUVOIS retailer or directly from our official online store.

– The watch has been worn under normal conditions, maintained according to our care recommendations, and has not been subjected to improper use or handling.

– The invoice constitutes the proof of purchase and must be presented when the watch is returned for service. Any modification, alteration or falsification of the invoice or of the information relating to the purchase may render the warranty null and void.

 

Exclusions

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

– Normal wear and tear, natural ageing of your watch, and any scratches that may appear on the case, bracelet, or sapphire crystals during use.

– Damage resulting from improper handling, incorrect use, lack of due care, negligence, or accidents (e.g., violent shocks, vibrations, crushing, exposure to powerful magnetic fields, excessive temperatures, etc.).

– The loss of water resistance after two years from the date of delivery, unless the watch has undergone a validated water resistance test by an authorized SIFI BEAUVOIS service partner. For water resistance specifications, usage recommendations and maintenance guidelines, please refer to the relevant section of the user manual.

– Damage resulting from work carried out by unauthorized service centers, or any alteration of the watch’s original condition outside the control of SIFI BEAUVOIS.

 

Warranty Service

Any part found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault existing at the time of delivery will be repaired or replaced at no cost. The decision to repair, replace, or take any other appropriate measure under this warranty rests solely with SIFI BEAUVOIS.

Legal Notice – United States & Canada

This Limited Warranty constitutes the exclusive manufacturer’s warranty provided by SIFI BEAUVOIS, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Any implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this Limited Warranty.

SIFI BEAUVOIS shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, commercial loss, or any other related damages.

Some States, Provinces, or Territories do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State, Province to Province, or Territory to Territory.
