SIFI BEAUVOIS watches are high-precision products. Before your watch is delivered to you, it is subjected to numerous stringent quality checks. However, should there be any manufacturing faults, an international warranty means your watch is covered for two years starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is observed by SIFI BEAUVOIS worldwide if the following cumulative conditions are observed :
TERMS OF WARRANTY
- The watch has been purchased from an official dealer as approved by SIFI BEAUVOIS; you can find the list of all authorized point of sales on our website, sifibeauvois.com. The name or stamp of the authorized retailers, the date of purchase and the watch reference are clearly detailed on the warranty card.
- Your watch is worn in normal conditions and maintained in accordance with SIFI BEAUVOIS’s recommended care instructions and has not been subjected to improper handling.
- The warranty card, the only valid proof of purchase, must be sent along with your watch.
Please be aware that SIFI BEAUVOIS’s international warranty does not cover :
- Normal wear and tear, ageing of your watch and any scratches that may appear on the case or sapphire crystals during use.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, as well as damage resulting from improper or incorrect use, lack of due care, negligence, accidents (e.g. violent shocks or vibrations, crushing, exposure to powerful magnetic fields, excessive temperatures, etc.)
- Damage caused by an unauthorized repair center or if the original condition of the watch has been altered outside the control of SIFI BEAUVOIS – operations must only be carried out by SIFI BEAUVOIS.
Any part recognized as faulty due to a manufacturing defect which existed at the time at date of purchase will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The decision to repair a SIFI BEAUVOIS watch or take any other appropriate measure under this warranty is at the sole discretion of SIFI BEAUVOIS.
