Applicable to all orders placed on sifibeauvois.com

Last updated: August 14, 2026

ARTICLE 1 – SELLER IDENTIFICATION
The online store accessible at sifibeauvois.com (hereinafter the "Site") is operated by SIFI BEAUVOIS SAS, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) under French law with a share capital of €50,000, whose registered office is located at 7 rue des Bernardines, 25300 Pontarlier, France. The company is registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Besançon under SIREN number: 999 627 961. Intra-Community VAT number: FR79999627961. Telephone: +33 744983457. Contact email address: contact@sifibeauvois.com.

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE, ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

2.1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms of Sale") govern all purchases of SIFI BEAUVOIS products made through the Site, whether the products are available immediately or offered for pre-order. They apply without restriction to all sales arrangements offered on the Site, namely immediate purchase and pre-order with full payment.

2.2 Purchases by consumers only
The Site is intended exclusively for purchases made by natural persons acting as consumers (hereinafter the "Customer"), meaning any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession, in accordance with European and French consumer law.
By placing an order, the Customer represents and warrants that they are acting as an end consumer, for personal use or as a gift. Any purchase for resale, distribution or any other commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. Persons acting in a professional capacity or on behalf of third parties for resale purposes are invited to contact SIFI BEAUVOIS at contact@sifibeauvois.com for information about the Brand's selective distribution network.

2.3 Eligibility
Only natural persons who have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and use a delivery address in a country served by the Site may place an order. A person who has not reached the legal age of majority may not place an order on the Site: the order must be placed by a parent or legal guardian, who then acts in their own name, becomes the sole party to the sales contract and accepts these Terms of Sale.

2.4 Acceptance
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms of Sale in their entirety and without reservation. The Customer also acknowledges having been informed of the Privacy Policy available on the Site, which constitutes information about the processing of their personal data and not consent to that processing. These Terms of Sale prevail over any other general or specific terms not expressly approved by SIFI BEAUVOIS.
SIFI BEAUVOIS reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The Terms of Sale applicable to a given order are those in force on the Site at the time the order is placed. No amendment made after an order has been placed shall affect that order.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS

3.1 Product descriptions
The products offered for sale on the Site are SIFI BEAUVOIS watches and related accessories (hereinafter the "Products"). Each Product is presented with a description of its essential characteristics, including technical specifications, materials, dimensions and available references.
SIFI BEAUVOIS strives to ensure the accuracy of the descriptions, photographs and specifications displayed on the Site. However, minor variations may exist between the images shown and the actual Product, due to shooting conditions, screen rendering or the manufacturing tolerances inherent in fine watchmaking. Such minor variations shall not, in themselves, constitute a defect or a lack of conformity.

3.2 Product changes
SIFI BEAUVOIS may make minor technical, aesthetic or packaging-related changes to its Products, provided such changes do not substantially affect the quality, functionality, essential characteristics or value of the Product.
Such changes may occur before or after an order is placed. They may in particular concern Products offered for pre-order, the final delivered version of which may incorporate refinements.
These changes are without prejudice to the applicable legal guarantees.

3.3 Availability
SIFI BEAUVOIS watches are produced in limited quantities. Products are offered subject to available stock. If a Product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, SIFI BEAUVOIS will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer either a full refund of the sums paid or, where possible, a comparable alternative subject to the Customer's acceptance.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER PROCESS

4.1 Placing an order
To place an order, the Customer selects the desired Product(s), adds them to the cart, provides the required billing and delivery information, selects the delivery method, reviews the order summary (including the total price, applicable taxes and delivery costs), accepts these Terms of Sale, and confirms the order by activating the order validation function, which includes, in accordance with Article L.221-14 of the French Consumer Code, a clear and unambiguous statement that placing the order entails an obligation to pay.
Placing an order on the Site constitutes a firm offer to purchase the selected Product(s) under these Terms of Sale. The Customer must carefully check all the details of the order before confirming it.

4.2 Acknowledgment of receipt
Following submission of the order and processing of the full payment, the Customer will receive an automatic acknowledgment of receipt by email, confirming that the order has been recorded and summarizing its details. This acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order by SIFI BEAUVOIS.
Upon receiving the acknowledgment of receipt, the Customer is invited to check that it accurately reflects their order. In the event of any inaccuracy, the Customer must contact SIFI BEAUVOIS as soon as possible at contact@sifibeauvois.com.

4.3 Order Confirmation
After payment verification, anti-fraud checks and confirmation of availability, SIFI BEAUVOIS will send the Customer an Order Confirmation by email (or, where applicable, a combined Order and Shipping Confirmation). This Order Confirmation constitutes SIFI BEAUVOIS's acceptance of the order and forms the sales contract between the Parties.
SIFI BEAUVOIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any stage prior to the Order Confirmation, in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, failed payment verification, incomplete or inaccurate information, a suspected purchase for resale, or any other legitimate reason. In such cases, any payment already received will be refunded in full as soon as possible.

4.4 Quantity limits
SIFI BEAUVOIS reserves the right to limit the number of Products that may be purchased per Customer, per order or per reference, in order to preserve the availability of its watches, which are produced in limited quantities. Any order exceeding these limits may be reduced or refused at SIFI BEAUVOIS's sole discretion.

4.5 Cancellation by the Customer before shipment
The Customer may request the cancellation or modification of their order as long as it has not shipped, by contacting SIFI BEAUVOIS as soon as possible at contact@sifibeauvois.com. Once the order has shipped, this option is no longer available, but the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal under the conditions of Article 9 upon receiving the Product. This option is separate from, and without prejudice to, the statutory right of withdrawal provided for in Article 9.

4.6 Contract archiving
In accordance with Article L.213-1 of the French Consumer Code, SIFI BEAUVOIS retains the written record of any contract concluded electronically for an amount equal to or greater than one hundred twenty (120) euros, from the conclusion of the contract until delivery of the Product, and for ten (10) years thereafter. The Customer may obtain access to it at any time upon simple request to contact@sifibeauvois.com. This archiving is without prejudice to the Customer's keeping their own order confirmation, which they are advised to retain.

ARTICLE 5 – SALES AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
SIFI BEAUVOIS may offer the Products under one of the following sales arrangements. The applicable arrangement is indicated on each Product page at the time of purchase.

5.1 Immediate purchase
When a Product is shown as immediately available, the total price (including applicable taxes, where relevant) is payable at the time the order is placed. The Product is shipped after Order Confirmation and receipt of full payment.

5.2 Pre-order with full payment
When a Product is offered for pre-order, the total price is payable at the time the order is placed. The Product is shipped as soon as it becomes available, in accordance with the availability date or period indicated on the Product page and confirmed in the Order Confirmation.

5.3 Availability date
The availability date or period for Products offered for pre-order is indicated on the Product page and confirmed in the Order Confirmation email. This date or period, plus the shipping time indicated in Article 8.3, constitutes the delivery time agreed with the Customer within the meaning of Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code. SIFI BEAUVOIS will keep the Customer informed of progress and will notify them of any significant delay.
By placing a pre-order, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this availability date or period. If the resulting delivery time is exceeded, the Customer may give SIFI BEAUVOIS formal notice, in writing, to deliver within a reasonable additional period. If SIFI BEAUVOIS does not deliver within that additional period, the Customer may cancel the order by written notice and obtain a full refund of the sums paid, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

5.4 Retention of title
The Product remains the property of SIFI BEAUVOIS until full payment of all sums due. Risk passes to the Customer upon physical delivery, in accordance with Article 8.4.

ARTICLE 6 – PRICES

6.1 Displayed prices
Product prices are displayed in euros (€) and, depending on the market, may be shown in the local currency. For deliveries to France and the European Union, displayed prices include applicable VAT. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, prices are displayed exclusive of taxes; the applicable taxes and customs duties are calculated and added at checkout (see Article 8.5).
SIFI BEAUVOIS reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed on the Site at the time the order is placed.

6.2 Pricing errors
SIFI BEAUVOIS strives to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on the Site. In the event of an obvious pricing error, SIFI BEAUVOIS will contact the Customer as soon as possible to inform them. The Customer may then choose to confirm the order at the corrected price or to cancel the order and receive a full refund. If SIFI BEAUVOIS is unable to reach the Customer, the order will be canceled and any payment received will be refunded in full.

ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT

7.1 Payment methods
The accepted payment methods are indicated on the Site and at checkout. They include payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and installment payments with Klarna. Payments by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are processed securely by Shopify Payments, the store's payment service provider; SIFI BEAUVOIS does not store, and has no access to, the Customer's full payment card details. Payments made through PayPal or Klarna are processed directly by those providers, under their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, which the Customer is invited to consult. Installment payment with Klarna is a service offered by Klarna and subject to its approval; a refusal by Klarna does not affect the ability to pay for the order by another payment method. In the event of a withdrawal or a refund relating to an order paid with Klarna, the refund is processed through Klarna, which updates or cancels the installment schedule accordingly, under the conditions set out in Article 9.

7.2 Payment security
Online payments are secured using encryption and authentication protocols that comply with industry standards. In the event of suspected unauthorized use of a payment method, SIFI BEAUVOIS reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order pending verification.

ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY

8.1 Delivery area
SIFI BEAUVOIS delivers to the countries indicated on the Site at the time of the order. Certain destinations may be excluded due to regulatory, logistical or customs constraints.

8.2 Delivery methods
Delivery is free of charge for all orders. All SIFI BEAUVOIS watches are shipped by express carrier, with tracking. SIFI BEAUVOIS reserves the right to require proof of identity upon delivery.

8.3 Delivery times
For immediately available Products, the order is shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, then carried by express service (as an indication: approximately 2 to 3 business days for France and the European Union, and 3 to 5 business days for the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States). The delivery date or time indicated on the Product page and confirmed at the time of the order constitutes the delivery time to which SIFI BEAUVOIS commits, in accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code; in the absence of any indication, delivery takes place no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract. The transit times mentioned above are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures and carrier operations.
For pre-order Products, the delivery time corresponds to the availability date or period indicated on the Product page, plus the shipping time.
If the Product is not delivered within the communicated time, the Customer may give SIFI BEAUVOIS formal notice, in writing, to deliver within a reasonable additional period. If delivery does not take place within that period, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund of the sums paid, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8.4 Transfer of risk
The risk of loss of or damage to the Product passes to the Customer upon physical receipt of the Product by the Customer or by a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier). If the Product is visibly damaged upon delivery, the Customer is invited to note the damage on the delivery slip and to contact SIFI BEAUVOIS within forty-eight (48) hours, so that recourse against the carrier remains possible. Failure to observe this period does not deprive the Customer of any of the rights they hold under the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.

8.5 Import taxes and customs duties
For deliveries to France and the European Union, no customs charges apply and the displayed price is final.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, the applicable import taxes and customs duties are calculated and paid by the Customer at checkout ("DDP" delivery – Delivered Duty Paid). The Customer therefore has nothing further to pay to the carrier or the customs authorities upon receipt. The amount of these taxes and duties is shown separately during the order process.

ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

9.1 Withdrawal period
In accordance with European and French consumer protection law, the Customer has a right of withdrawal, which they may exercise without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of physical receipt of the Product. For pre-orders, the withdrawal period runs from receipt of the Product, not from the placing of the order.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer may use the online withdrawal function permanently accessible on the Site, in the footer, under the heading "Returns and refunds". After entering their name, the information needed to identify their order and the contact details to which the confirmation should be sent, they submit their request using the "Confirm withdrawal" function. SIFI BEAUVOIS then sends them, without undue delay and on a durable medium, an acknowledgment of receipt setting out the content of their declaration and the date and time of its transmission. The Customer may also notify their decision by any other clear and unambiguous statement, in particular by email to contact@sifibeauvois.com, or by using the model withdrawal form appended to these Terms of Sale, although this is not mandatory.

9.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to Products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized (for example, engraved Products or any other personalization carried out at the Customer's request). The non-returnable nature of personalized Products will be clearly indicated on the Product page and during the order process.

9.3 Return conditions
The Customer must return the Product to SIFI BEAUVOIS without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) calendar days of notifying their decision to withdraw. The Customer is invited to return the Product complete, with its accessories, documentation and protective elements, and where possible in its original packaging. In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may handle the Product as they would have been able to in a store: neither having tried it on nor the absence of the original packaging deprives them of their right of withdrawal. The Customer is liable only for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product.
Given the value and nature of the Products, SIFI BEAUVOIS strongly recommends making the return using the prepaid, tracked return label that it provides free of charge, which is the only return method whose costs it covers. A Customer who chooses another shipping method bears its cost and its risk until the Product is received by SIFI BEAUVOIS. The Customer is invited to request this label at contact@sifibeauvois.com and to keep the proof of drop-off until the refund is confirmed.

9.4 Quality inspection
Every returned Product undergoes a quality inspection upon receipt. In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer is liable only for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Where such diminished value is found, SIFI BEAUVOIS may reduce the refund amount proportionately and will inform the Customer of the reason for, and the amount of, this reduction.

9.5 Refund
SIFI BEAUVOIS will refund the Customer all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs where applicable, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which it is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw. In accordance with Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code, SIFI BEAUVOIS may nevertheless defer the refund until it has recovered the Product or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method, and at no cost to the Customer. The refund amount may be reduced to reflect any diminished value found, under the conditions set out in Article 9.4.

9.6 Gift purchases
If a Product was purchased as a gift, only the original purchaser is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal and to receive a refund. The recipient of a gift may contact SIFI BEAUVOIS at contact@sifibeauvois.com to find out about the available options.

ARTICLE 10 – WARRANTIES

10.1 Commercial warranty
Every SIFI BEAUVOIS watch is covered by the SIFI BEAUVOIS International Warranty (or the Limited Warranty for the United States and Canada), the terms of which are set out in the SIFI BEAUVOIS commercial warranty agreement available on the Site. The professional responsible for the legal guarantees and the commercial warranty is SIFI BEAUVOIS SAS, 7 rue des Bernardines, 25300 Pontarlier, France. Telephone: +33 744983457. Contact email address: contact@sifibeauvois.com.

10.2 Legal guarantee of conformity
In addition to the commercial warranty, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-1 and following of the French Consumer Code. Under this guarantee, the Customer may request the repair or replacement of a Product that does not conform to the contract within two (2) years from delivery of the Product. During this period, the Customer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.
Where repair or replacement is impossible, or cannot be carried out within a reasonable time or without major inconvenience to the Customer, the Customer may obtain a price reduction or a full refund, in accordance with applicable law.

10.3 Legal guarantee against hidden defects
The Customer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés) provided for in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. Under this guarantee, the Customer may choose to return the Product for a full refund, or to keep the Product and obtain a price reduction, if the Product has a hidden defect that makes it unfit for its intended use. The action must be brought within two (2) years of the discovery of the defect.

10.4 Relationship between the warranties
The commercial warranty provided by SIFI BEAUVOIS is in addition to the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects; it does not replace, affect or limit them. The Customer may rely on any of these warranties independently, in accordance with applicable law.

10.5 Information on legal guarantees
The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to obtain the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity where a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity requires the professional, where applicable, to provide all the updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the goods.
The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without major inconvenience to them.
If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee.
If the consumer asks for the goods to be repaired but the seller imposes replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date the goods are replaced.
The consumer may obtain a reduction of the purchase price by keeping the goods, or end the contract and obtain a full refund by returning the goods, if:

1° The professional refuses to repair or replace the goods;

2° The repair or replacement of the goods takes place after a period of thirty days;

3° The repair or replacement of the goods causes a major inconvenience for the consumer, in particular where the consumer definitively bears the costs of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or bears the costs of installing the repaired or replacement goods;

4° The non-conformity of the goods persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring them into conformity.

The consumer is also entitled to a reduction of the price of the goods, or to the termination of the contract, where the lack of conformity is so serious as to justify immediate price reduction or termination. In that case, the consumer is not required to ask for the repair or replacement of the goods beforehand.
The consumer is not entitled to have the sale rescinded where the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are out of use for repair or replacement suspends the remainder of the guarantee period until delivery of the restored goods.
The rights described above result from the application of Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.
A seller who obstructs the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity in bad faith is liable to a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to up to 10% of average annual revenue (Article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for a period of two years from the discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund upon returning the goods.

ARTICLE 11 – AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Maintenance and after-sales repairs are available for all SIFI BEAUVOIS watches and are carried out in accordance with the applicable SIFI BEAUVOIS commercial warranty agreement. Service times are communicated after inspection and diagnosis of the watch and remain indicative. Any service or repair operation performed by SIFI BEAUVOIS or an authorized partner is covered by a twelve (12) month service warranty from the date the watch is returned, limited to the operations performed and the parts replaced.
Availability of spare parts. In accordance with Article L.111-4 of the French Consumer Code, SIFI BEAUVOIS informs the Customer that the spare parts essential to the use of SIFI BEAUVOIS watches are available for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase of the Product.

ARTICLE 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any mandatory consumer right.
Subject to the foregoing, SIFI BEAUVOIS shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the Product, from failure to follow the care recommendations provided, or from any modification or work carried out by an unauthorized third party.
SIFI BEAUVOIS is liable, under the ordinary rules of law, for direct damage caused to the Customer by a breach of its contractual obligations. It is not, however, required to compensate indirect damage, meaning damage that does not result directly and immediately from that breach, such as loss of opportunity, commercial loss, loss of revenue or damage to image.
SIFI BEAUVOIS shall not be liable for the temporary unavailability of the Site due to maintenance work, technical problems or events beyond its reasonable control.

ARTICLE 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content displayed on the Site, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, photographs, texts, graphics, designs and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of SIFI BEAUVOIS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or exploitation of this content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of SIFI BEAUVOIS is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 14 – PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES
SIFI BEAUVOIS collects and processes personal data in connection with orders placed on the Site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable French law. The Site also uses cookies and similar tracking technologies in accordance with the applicable regulations.
For full information on data processing practices, retention periods, cookies and the exercise of rights, the Customer is invited to consult the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

ARTICLE 15 – FORCE MAJEURE
SIFI BEAUVOIS shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government measures, sanctions, embargoes, strikes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays or any other event, provided that the event in question qualifies as force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, that is, an event beyond SIFI BEAUVOIS's control that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was concluded and whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures. In such circumstances, SIFI BEAUVOIS will use reasonable efforts to minimize the effects of the event and to resume the performance of its obligations as soon as possible.

ARTICLE 16 – ENVIRONMENTAL OBLIGATIONS
In accordance with French law no. 2020-105 of February 10, 2020 (the "AGEC law") and Article R.541-173 of the French Environmental Code, SIFI BEAUVOIS complies with its Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations and is registered with the competent producer responsibility organizations. For any question about the take-back of your watch at the end of its life, contact us at contact@sifibeauvois.com.

ARTICLE 17 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND MEDIATION

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to submit any unresolved consumer dispute, free of charge, to an approved consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation). The competent mediator is: [Name and contact details of the mediator to be inserted].
For cross-border disputes within the European Union, the Customer may also contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC France), www.europe-consommateurs.eu.

ARTICLE 18 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Customer's country of habitual residence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable under the Customer's local consumer protection law.

ARTICLE 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision reflecting the original intent as closely as possible.

ARTICLE 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Sale, together with any specific terms indicated on the Site at the time of the order, constitute the entire agreement between SIFI BEAUVOIS and the Customer relating to the purchase of Products through the Site.
